In Germany, the intimate steam bath or seated steam bath is recommended from the 36th week of pregnancy, in many countries as a support for the childbed but also during the birth itself. Here you will learn how you can use it sensibly for yourself.

We will devote ourselves to preparing the intimate steam bath at home. You will learn when to use the intimate steam bath before and during childbirth and postpartum, how to benefit from it, as well as all known contraindications.
Together we will look at which herbs are suitable for this.
