Use Rebozo during childbirth and benefit from it!

By working with the Rebozo, the woman finds her own rhythm, relaxes and is in close contact with her body and how it works. The birth process is not only gentler and calmer, and proceeds with significantly fewer complications. 

The Rebozo technique also offers the prospective father the opportunity to take on an active role during the birth and to assist your wife in a targeted and skillful manner.

In this course you will learn and be able to apply together: 

- creating an intimate atmosphere and finding each other as a couple in the vicinity of the hospital 

- Provide a sense of security and support

- Support oxytocin production 

- Relieve pain (back and pelvic pain) 

- Favorable birth positions with the Rebozo sling, which favor the optimal child position and relaxation of the mother 

You will also learn more about this ancient tradition and other uses - during pregnancy and during childbirth. I will shortly demonstrate what the famous ritual "closing the bones" (Rebozo cerrada) means and how your wife can make her childbed even more beautiful. 

The course is only suitable for couples. It is of great advantage if you try out and learn everything in pairs. It gives you more security during the birth. 

Costs: 120 euros per pair of participants 

The course is limited to 24 participants. 

Participation only possible as a couple - woman/man, woman/woman, man/man. 

I will prepare towels for each pair. You are also welcome to bring your sling with you. This should be at least 3 meters but not longer than 4. 

Please bring warm socks/shoes with you. Comfortable clothing is an advantage. 

After the course you will receive a PDF with photos and descriptions of all positions. So you can refresh your memory at any time.
