Traditional Malaysian prenatal and postnatal mother care with Suzila Zaid

In 2003 Suzila Zaid started as a Spa Therapist at Mandara Spa and in 2005 as a Mandara Spa Trainer in Malaysia. After five years of massage experience, Suzila refined her natural raw materials under Tanamera as project coordinator. In her position as Spa Director, she followed her passion and started her own postnatal practice in 2016. Not only because she believes that mothers are the foundation of a healthy family, but her motherhood experience has begun since day one of pregnancy and therefore she has extended her services to prenatal and postnatal care

In addition to pre- and post-natal practices, Suzila also works with academies and spa operators in the field of spa treatment and preparation. For the past year, Suzila has been one of the appointed Urutan Malaysia Master Trainers at the Ministry of Tourism.

This course is designed for midwives, doulas and physical therapists who work with pregnant women.

Contents:

DAY 1

Traditional prenatal care + Malaysian postnatal care knowledge and philosophy + ingredients and recipes

DAY 2

Malaysian Postnatal Care: Postnatal Massage with Compression / Tungku Malay / Tanga Vagina Steam

Malaysian Body Binding Bengkung

DAY 3

Malaysian full body massage (this massage will combine in 3 days in a workshop)
